Michele is an architect with a strong interest in structural design and sustainable construction, specialised in graphic statics and 20th-century Swiss concrete shells. Originally from Chur, he started his studies in 2015 and is currently doing his Master of Science in Architecture at ETH Zürich.
In addition to his studies, Michele gained practical experience as an architect in the Chur-based office Cangemi Architekten and Zürich-based Smolenicky + Partner Architektur. In 2019 Michele worked at the gta Archive on the works of structural engineer and master builder Heinz Isler.
Michele has been a teaching assistant at the Block Research Group since 2017. He supervises bachelor students in Structural Design I + II and Structural Design IV.
