Naida Iljazovic

Naida Iljazovic is a RIBA Part II Architect. She graduated from the Architectural Association School of Architecture (AA) in London in 2016, receiving the AA Diploma. Her thesis explored the versatility of fabric formwork for creating fluid and tactile constructional systems and spaces.

Her interests outside of architecture lie in digital and traditional fabrication processes, photography, and graphic design. During her year out, she did an internship at NAU Architecture & Design in Zurich.

Since October 2016, Naida is a research assistant at the BRG to develop the book on the "Beyond Bending" exhibtiion at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2016 and document the making-of of the full-scale, one-to-one construction prototype of the flexibly formed concrete NEST HiLo roof shell.
